Our photography studio and film location is a stunning 2,100 sq ft loft, featuring polished concrete floors and an open layout with an abundance of natural light throughout. We are on the 12th floor of a commercial office building, with two walls of windows that will give you a perfect shot of unobstructed views into the city. A variety of modern furniture and props are included with every rental, as well as basic photo equipment. (Please scroll through the images to see all of the furniture and props we have on site; you can also message us for a full list of all the items we have available.)Providing a facility and service of the highest industry standards, we are happy to accommodate both location rentals and production assistance to help create and develop your content. Conveniently located in the heart of Downtown LA, our creative space is close to all major freeways and within walking distance of major stores, cafes, juiceries, and restaurants (across the street from CVS, 2 blocks from Starbucks, 3 blocks from Pressed Jucery, and many restaurant delivery options available).Bookings are available 24 hours a day by appointments.

Rules
Space max capacity is 50 people. Rates listed at $75/hr rate is for UP TO 8 persons on site with LIGHT load-in, meaning no more than a sedan vehicle load of equipment/props.Additional charges apply to more than 8 persons on site/heavier load-in sizes.Please message us before booking to discuss and we can provide you with more detailed rates.
