Description
Our space is an open-concept craft brewery with industrial features, high ceilings, visible brewing tanks and a Ontario-based menu of beverages.. Our space is a fully operating craft brewery, bar (40p seated capacity) and bottle shop. It has an industrial feel with unfinished concrete floors, large visible stainless steel brewing vessels, barrels actively aging product, high ceilings and a long polished concrete bar top. We have a large street-art pop mural and rotating local art on the walls (which can be removed for standalone showings) for a kitschy and authentic Kensington Market feel. In-house we have a menu that is comprised of entirely local Ontario finished products. This includes our 8 tap selection offerings as well as Ontario whiskey, ciders, canned cocktails and snacks from other local sources. We have a curated list of local partners to help collaborate on your event! Let us do the legwork to bring in other items you're interested in for your event, such as oysters, beer cupcakes, charcuterie and cheese boards or catered Italian fare!In addition we do have in-house a projector screen with computer hookup and access to microphone and sound board for presentations. Booking fee: minimum spend hourly based on date and time of event.
