Rustic & gorgeous secluded 30-acre horse ranch in Malibu Canyon with walk-in salt water pool, 2700 sq-ft production house + endless natural beauty. Available for commercial, film and photographic production. No weddings, parties or events. Only 10 minutes from downtown Malibu and Calabasas/US-101. Rental includes use of 2,700 sq-ft on-site photo production house with white walled day-light studio, wardrobe room with make-up area, lounge space for catering with outdoor garden. Bathroom with shower, full-sized fridge & kitchenette also is in the space. ALL property exteriors are included, including ranch house exteriors/porches. ADDITIONAL for Downstairs interior of the main hacienda-style ranch house. $200 on top for each hour used, however a partial portion of the upstairs including the "bell tower" may be used for production only (not to house crew) at no additional fee upon request. Parking for 15 cars free, additional overflow lot available ($500/day up to 40 additional).Kubota 5-seat UTV w/ trunk available for day rental. Property owner will be onsite and available as a resource.

- NO Fires. - We are strict on group size, please no friends/family not included in group quote. - Please clear w/ us any animals you desire to bring.- DIY cleanup, or you will be charged a cleaning fee. Please bring trash to exterior trash bins provided.- There are some areas with access limitations (footprint only), we require someone to scout to discuss these property rules.
