Our spacious studio is over 900 square feet and is located conveniently close to Vancouver's trendy Gastown district.. Our spacious studio is over 900 square feet and is located conveniently close to Vancouver's trendy Gastown district.Included in your rental is access to our 130 sq ft make-up room and 169 sq ft green room. Also, free of charge, we will supply you with your choice of a 12' seamless white or chroma green backdrop if you should require it.You will also have full control of heating/air conditioning for the entire space - a rare find in Vancouver!We also have an array of camera and lighting equipment here on site for rent, as well as a staff of cinematographers, editors, producers, directors and PA's for hire.Our full day rate (10 hours) is $500&Our half day rate (5 hours) is $300.Studio Features:-sound dampening via Audimute Sound Absorption Sheets-wireless high speed Internet-telephone-alarm system-air conditioning-makeup room and styling room-private greenroom with Netflix-ironing board and steam iron-access to full kitchen-equipment storage available for the duration of your shoot-access ramp from back alley for easy loading-conveniently located above Bonchaz Bakery Cafe. All Blink studio rental clients receive a 10% discount on select cafe menu items and all catering menu items.

Rules
Blink requires a 50% deposit to reserve a rental date. Our general office hours are 8 AM - 6 PM Monday to Friday. Filming outside of these hours or on the weekend may result in an additional fee. Please contact us for details.
