Description
This loft space is the headquarters for a nonprofit music organization that supports and celebrates the Canadian music scene. It is versatile and has served us for podcasts, meetings , workshops, brand activations, photoshoots, videography, intimate concerts, musical performances, an office space, a retail space, and much more. It has many different capabilities to cater for all your hosting needs, be it professional or personal. The floors are padded with sand, and we have no neighbours, making this a very quiet space to use. It brings lots of creative energy to any project or gathering and we are happy to share it with you!
Situated on the fourth floor of a four storey historic building on Adelaide and Church, the space boasts super high and exposed 12ft ceilings, hardwood floors, tropical plants, exposed brick, and lots of natural light seeping in via the surrounding windows. The building faces St. James park which gives a beautiful view of greenery and trees when looking out the windows. The windows also have rolling blinds that can be used to create a darker surrounding. LED track lights are installed on the ceiling and can be dimmed as well.
We also have access to a very affordable and down to earth audio and video team that can be used should you have those requirements.

Due to COVID, the size of your group must adhere to the regulations set out by the Province of Ontario. Masks are required to wear in and around the building. We sanitize all surfaces with bleach prior to your booking.
*Please note that being that we are in a historic building, there are no elevators. There is four flights of stairs. It is not a big walk up - but important to note should you have accessibility requirements.*

-No loitering in the hallways and outside the building
-Not propping building entrance door open
-Not smoking in and around the building
-Absolutely no smoking indoors
