Would be great for horror films!
I have a 2 story older home (built around 1900) which has been converted in to a duplex sometime in the distant past. It has just the right "creepy" feel that would make it great for horror films. It has been used in a couple horror movies a couple years back and we loved the experience that we are now wanting to make it happen as much as possible.
It has original hardwood floors through out, a chimney that looks on the verge of collapse, cracked windows, peeling trim paint, fenced in back yard, small pile of metal scrap waiting to be hauled off to junk yard....all the right look for your next horror flick!!
The full basement has some of the original stone walls, made from large boulders, there is an attic, no floor at this time but can have one put down quickly if needed.

We are easy to get a long with, only rules we really have are, if you are a smoker, please pick up cig butts, please do not smoke indoors, and we must be listed in the credits on the film and on IMDB both. Anything else can be worked out!
