Departure Lounge in West Lake Hills offers party or event venues in Austin, TX. Our venue is available for evening events (starting at 7p) Monday through Saturday, as well as all day on Sundays. The venue rental for a two-hour event is $1,000. The lounge features four large presentation screens in the main lounge. Each screen may be controlled separately by a device, and each has its own Apple TV. All four screens can also show the same presentation/video simultaneously by connecting a laptop at the back main bar.The lounge also features a private conference room that seats 8-10 comfortably. -Your event must be approved by Departure Lounge- all food/beverage must be catered.-Nothing can be hung on the walls -A $500 damage deposit is also required and will be refunded if no damage is caused during your event.
