Multihouse DTLA is a multi-use creative space available for photo, video, music, art, etc. located on the edge of LAs fashion district.. Multihouse DTLA is a multi-use creative space available for photo, video, music, art, etc. located on the edge of LAs fashion district.We began Multihouse as a way to have a shared creative space with our friends who do all of the above things. From humble beginnings as basically a glorified storage space, we now are proud to call it a true multi-use arts and media studio.The space is fully prepared for music production, and capable of 10+ channels of recording instruments as well as vocals in the fully isolated vocal booth. A Macbook Pro is available for use for basic recording but we recommend bringing your own laptop and using the UAD Apollo. We have a number of microphones and instruments available: please reach out if you are looking for a particular piece of gear. Please be aware: the space it *NOT* completely soundproofed and there is a bus depot across the street and normal street noise, but the vocal booth does a good job of isolation and the live room can be used for recording well isolated sources.We also have a backdrop system and several backdrop colors available for photography, including lighting equipment, softboxes, tripods, clamps, stands, and many props and costumes at your disposal. Sorry, no cameras.

Rules
Illegal substances strictly prohibited Bathroom access available via the keys left at entrance to the space. Loitering in the hallways and large groups not permitted. Noise should be kept to a respectable level The space must be returned to the state it was in upon entering. Rentees are responsible for any missing, damaged, or destroyed property, and may be asked to sign a waiver upon arrival In-building parking not available
