Description
A flexible gallery space available for a variety of rental needs, including events, private parties, pop-ups, product launches, or artist space.. Located in the Davenport cultural hub, our facilities are available to rent for private events and use between programming periods. The gallery is a 700 square foot fully enclosed room. It is a 40 x 18 rectangle with 15-foot ceilings, and can accommodate 100 people standing or 60-70 seated. The space is suitable for events, private parties, a photographers studio, retail pop-ups, product launches, meetings, cocktail parties, screenings, lectures, or film projects.Staffing and equipment can be provided.There are five steps up to the main entrance, which has double doors. The steps do not have handrails. Once inside all facilities are on the same level. There is a single-user washroom inside the unit.Proceeds from venue rentals support gallery programming and educational activities at InterAccess.

Rules
-The Renter must provide all supplies and materials related to the event. -Any modification or dressing of the facilities must be submitted to InterAccess for review in advance of the event. -The space must be returned in the condition in which it was found. The Renter is responsible for any damage to facilities beyond normal wear and tear-The Renter is responsible for providing insurance to cover the rental of the location
