This warm, bright space is ready to make people feel welcome at your fundraiser, educational event, small conference, workshop, hack-a-thon, or other event. With the desks and office chairs in place, it can serve as a photo or film set for an office, a coworking space, or an incubator.
Rental includes use of the kitchen and lounge and the event space, 24 white desks/tables, 24 wheeled chairs, 70 folding chairs, and high speed internet. Also available for additional charges: a projector and screen, a sound system with a mixer and two microphones, and meeting rooms for breakout areas.

100% refund if renter cancels more than 7 days before the start of the booking.
No refund if renter cancels less than 7 days before the start of the booking.

Availabe:
8 am to 12 pm on weekends and holidays
5 pm to 11 pm on weekdays
Rental group is responsible for all set up and clean up, including returning furniture to the original configuration.
Groups are responsible for their own insurance and special event permits (if serving alcohol).
