JustOverMusic is a music company that offers a wide array of services and products to meet your audio needs. The space is perfect for Producers, Engineers, Artists and Video Editors.- The room comes equipped with an MPC turntable and Yamaha Motif rack, perfect for beat production and mixing.- The room is treated and great for big projects. It is available for short term weekly rentals.- The room is the perfect space to record demos and there is an engineer available upon request.- The room comes with a 32 Toshiba Flatscreen.For all the above and anyone else that is interested room rental rates are listed below along with some of the other services we offer.Rates are as follows:Room Rental 25$/hr (2 Hour Minimum)150$ for the day (10 hours)*Special rate of 500$ for 50 hoursMixing - $150 / mix (5 day turnaround)Mastering - $10Need an Engineer? 20$/hrArtist Development Package:$700 is the price this package starts at with 15hrs of hands on time.
