Description
One of a kind home! Parking for 30 cars in a big circular driveway. Indoor pool with two windows in the basement where you can see ( and film) under water. House backs on to conservation - with 4 acres of woods that are also part of the property. Large backyard green space can accommodate event tents and there is a built-in outdoor stage with power available. Our Western Saloon bunkie serves as a convenient outdoor washroom and makes a great photo opportunity as well!
We have hosted weddings, outdoor events, rented out for several music videos, photography shoots, etc. The house has an interesting history, a few ghosts and was previous owned by Toronto's infamous Mob boss Paul Volpe back in the day! We are comfortable with the process, work from home so we are always there to help, and have had great experiences with film, advertising people and their creative projects.
