Our Gallery & Showroom has over 3,000 sq ft of rentable space in the up and coming Downtown North Sea District at the border of Little Tokyo and Skid Row (also known as Skid Rowkyo by inhabitants). We’ve been renting out our galleries, rooftops, alleys and more since we established our company 10 years ago in Downtown Los Angeles, and have experience in running smooth shoots and events for both private and permitted clientele. Unique to our new location on 4th St is a truly private alley, a tech-enhanced secret door that can be incorporated into your experience design (prior examples include a trap door that opens from mini golf hole-in-ones or a magic trick), free parking, and a strong street presence with large windows and a mural-ready facade facing the high traffic 4th Street. Fan favorites like the Dark Lodge, fully stocked tool room, and raw, industrial, clean gallery make a return at our new location as well, with a Lil Tokyo twist.
Rates vary but we’re open to anything and can successfully permit most of your ideas. And we’re not afraid to drill into our walls.
We have over a decade of production experience and contacts throughout local government to get the job done.
