No refund if renter cancels less than 1 day before the start of the booking.
Rules
Filmed sequences to be negotiated. Complete rehearsal schedule and/or filmed scenes with total company person count submitted to owner prior to use. Owner informed of all equipment and sound to be used. Wood floors to be protected from all traffic and equipment. No shoes on home floors. References. Union contracts shown to owner. Hourly rate is for piano rehearsal, and per-person for additional situations. At this time, proof of vaccines must be submitted prior to booking and house entry.
