We operate primarily as a fully independent music recording and production studio, but have been utilized for many other functions over the years. Companies such as Vice News, Amphion Loudspeakers, The Voice contestants, and others have recorded podcasts, music videos and rented the space for various functions. Studio A features a high quality recording and listening environment equipped with analog recording gear, and features a large live room.Studio B has a laid back, creative vibe with a vocal booth and the perfect plug and play setup for the mobile producer.

Cancellation policy: Flexible
100% refund if renter cancels more than 1 day before the start of the booking.
No refund if renter cancels less than 1 day before the start of the booking.
Rules
Any rental comes with the responsibility for any harm done to equipment or space. The client's time will begin and end according to the scheduled time booked regardless of tardiness or early departure. Smoking of non-tobacco products is permitted inside all areas except the recording/iso booths. Tobacco products must be used outside.
