NYSFE Studio Presents.
A luxurious space located in the heart of downtown Atlanta in the Healey Building. The Building itself was designed by the firm of Morgan & Dillon, with assistance from Walter T. Downing, in the Gothic Revival style, the 16-story structure was built between [xxxxxxx] . Legendary Restaurants such as Big Dave’s Cheesesteak and many more restaurants are located in and throughout the building itself. We are nestled between the inner-city life of college and cooperate, from Georgia State University to the CNN Center. From the entrance of the building, you are greeted with a grand atrium, accenting the gothic structure of the building itself. The studio is located on the top level terrace of the main atrium, lavishly decorated and perfect for events, photo and video shoots.
With care and expertise, our space is designed with style from the start and exudes custom-made decorations in ever facet of the space. Our ceiling piece is a one of a kind and will only be seen inside this exclusive venue, which demands attention from the moment you enter.
Stand connected by entrance but divided by a partial exposed brick wall, the space is a 3305 sq/ft open creative showroom and photo/video studio. Upon entry you are immediately greeted to our showroom showcasing the latest designer selection within the fashion world. Standing in the foreground stands a 15ft window overlooking Broadstreet below. An embossing television and NYSFE Magazine Cover stars embezzling the wall of the showroom. With a host of display items, your sure to have any amazing event here.
With an entrance an amazing open space to a beautiful luxurious open walkway, perfect for runway use. The photo/video studio portion of the space is separated by video and photo productions. They both feature all the necessary light, sound and production supply needed for a magazine worthy photoshoot and video production. The studio also includes windows over looking the fast and busting life of the beautiful landscape of downtown Atlanta. The studio itself features a myriad of displays and artistic spaces. Such spaces include, beauty bar, complete with vanity light, our featured make-up brand of our magazine Issue. A halo light accented mini bar, stocked with your your favorite drinks. It also comes a with a creative restroom room designed for clearing the mind.

Cancellation policy: Flexible
100% refund if renter cancels more than 1 day before the start of the booking.
No refund if renter cancels less than 1 day before the start of the booking.
Rules
No smoking inside or outside the studio.
($100 charge if caught smoking in space.)
No disruption to the other businesses.
No activities are allowed in the parking lot or outside of the studio.
OVERTIME
Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in hour increments at a rate same rate of our stated hourly rate.
CLEANING / DAMAGES
Cleaning fee is not included in the hourly rate, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours.
Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace.
FURNITURE
Please notify us within 72hrs if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs.
A 72 hours advance notice is needed for client requesting chairs, tables, table covers and any additional event items.
MISCELLANEOUS
There is no smoking allowed in the space. No glitter or confetti can be used.
Use of these items will result in additional fees.
