Light and bright modern loft studio with expansive windows and high ceilings. . Whatever your innovative beat, this is a studio lab for content creators. With large factory windows and expansive 14 foot ceilings, the space is the perfect place for photography, videography, workshops, and events a like. The studio offers exceptional natural light, as well as a fully functional kitchen and three piece bathroom. PRICINGDaily rate shown below is for a booking of 8 hours. Bookings of 8+ hours are subject to a higher rate.RULES OF THE STUDIO Furniture can be moved to your choosing/liking. Please be respectful of furniture and lift all items and carefully place them in desired area. Do not drag across floors as will damage the hardwood. If Furniture is moved please place them back in the spot you found them. During the winter, the unit is heated by radiator pipes so do not touch, or lean any items against the pipes as they are very hot. Catering to the unit is permitted. Alcohol in the unit will be considered on a case-by-case basis. NO PETS are permitted in the unit. Feel free to use the BOSE portable sound system during your rental. Please keep volume to a reasonable level as to be respectful to neighbours in the building. WE DO NOT permit the studio to be used for any pornographic
