Not a huge space but lots of looks and potential for one room. . 16 x 16, this is a main floor of a townhouse that has been completely renovated, so it is modern, full of textures, and unlike the other townhouses around it. Upstairs and basement are not for use. Minimum fee is for a 2 hour rental. Full day rate is negotiable. One parking spot is available in the driveway. Others need to park on the street. Softbox is checked under features because the windows have soft blinds that let in natural light, similar to soft boxes.
