Restaurant space in the O4W neighborhood of Atlanta. Completely modular furniture, blank walls, fully equipped kitchen.. We recently closed our restaurant in the O4W neighborhood of Atlanta, but still hold the lease. The space is available at all hours, but outside noise must end by 11pm. All of the furniture in the space can be moved, including booths. The capacity is 69 people. The restaurant has a fully functioning kitchen with refrigerator and freezer space. Bathrooms are ADA compliant. Parking is available. Patio has lighting. Has a sound system with outside speakers that can accommodate and iphone/ipod or music played through the computer.

Rules
No outside noise after 11pm. Must leave the space as it was found. No consumption of any food or beverage already on site. Thermostat must not be adjusted beyond prior agreed upon limits.
