Description
Dance and private music studios perfect for specialized instruction or large group rentals. . Performing arts academy featuring 1 small dance studio, 1 mid-size dance studio, 1 large dance studio, and four private music studios. All dance studios are equipped with either a bluetooth or aux-connection sound system. Three music rooms are equipped with acoustic spinnet pianos. Our studio features two spacious waiting rooms with tables and vending machine, as well as two dressing rooms. We are centrally located in the western suburbs of Chicago, with easy access from I-290 and Hwy 83.

100% refund if renter cancels more than 1 day before the start of the booking.

Rules
The studio & all equipment must be left in the shape in which they were presented. All dance studio floors must be swept with our large mop after rehearsals. No hard Irish dance shoes are allowed in any studios, although taps are allowed in our mid-size studio. Entering and exiting the building must be done through our front entrance only for security reasons. Rentals will not be accepted for conflicts of interest.
