We offer a professional photography and videography studio space for rent in the Long Branch neighbourhood of Toronto’s west end. We are located only a twenty-minute drive or thirty-minute streetcar ride from downtown.
Our modern, versatile and elegant spaces provide the perfect backgrounds for family, wedding, fashion and promotional photography throughout the year. Each space is designed to be the absolute complement for amateur or advanced photographers or any other professional artist looking for a space to develop their creative ideas.
The studio has over 700 square feet of shooting area including six different spaces each with unique furniture and matchable props that can be easily rearranged to better fit your style and brand. There is also a variety of seamless paper coloured backdrops as well as professional photography equipment available for your booking.

100% refund if renter cancels more than 7 days before the start of the booking.

Rules
The person renting the studio is responsible for making sure these guidelines are followed by every member of their team. Failure to follow these guidelines will be grounds for additional charges and/or the refusal to refund the damage security deposit.
We appreciate the cooperation in observing these rules. We require everyone to respect the space and leave the studio clean and tidy in order to avoid additional fees.
A member of our staff will be waiting for you in the studio 15 minutes prior to your booking starts to check you in. During the check-in process, you may be asked to provide your ID and credit card information for a damage security deposit in the amount of $250.00.
Please make sure that the person who is responsible for the booking arrives at the start time, or have a designated person arrive at the start time to begin the check-in process.
Your package includes set up and tear down of the studio equipment. A staff member will arrive 15 minutes prior to the end of your booking to ensure that the room is left in its original condition. All permanent marks and/or damages will be subjected to a cleaning fee and additional repair.
Cleaning fees start at $100.00 + HST per hour and no deposit will be returned until cleaning has been completed by staff.
Please make sure to wipe down the make-up station thoroughly and avoid any substances on the walls and furniture.
Renter is required to put away anything moved, wipe down surfaces and clean any mess off the floor prior to departure to avoid additional cleaning fees. Permanent marks left on the furniture, walls or floor will be subject to professional cleaning fees/services.
All garbage brought into the studio must be put into garbage bins inside the studio. Any garbage not properly disposed of will be subject to a cleaning fee.
No smoke (smoke bombs, cigarettes, cannabis or vaping), water, glitter, fire, flames/candles or paint is permitted. If you use makeup or body oils, please do not use the furniture or lean against any walls. Any damage to the premises as a result of stains will be subject to a cleaning fee.
No alcohol permitted on the premises. No exceptions.
Any missing items, damages incurred to equipment or studio belongings is solely the responsibility of the renter. The renter is required to cover costs for missing or damaged items at the discretion of the studio manager via EMT, online invoice, or credit card.
We limit capacity to 8 people in the Studio. If you are planning a workshop or plan to have more people please contact us via email to inquire about our ability to accommodate.
We are principally a photography and videography studio. For small private events and workshops please contact us via email to inquire about our ability to accommodate.
No pets or animals of any kind are permitted in the studio.
The studio is not soundproofed. Please keep the noise level to a reasonable volume, including any use of music, in order to be respectful of our neighbours.
Overtime is charged immediately after the original booking end time at 25/hr +HST for the photo packages. Video overtime rates are $60/hr +HST. If there is a booking after yours, an overtime fee will still apply, and no additional time will be allotted. After hours is $200/hr +HST.
No outdoor shoes are to be worn inside the studio, please bring a pair of indoor shoes for your own comfort. There will a coat rack and shoe mat to place your belongings at the studio entrance.
In-studio backdrops may only be mounted by studio staff. Colour changes are not permitted during the booking. $5/foot for the portion that is stepped on.
Please ensure you take all of your belongings with you upon departure. We are not responsible for any items left behind.
We are not responsible for any accidents or injuries at the studio.
Film and video must be booked using the film and video rates.
No pornographic content can be shot at the studio.
The studio is monitored by security cameras. These are set up and operated to collect the minimum amount of information to be effective. This helps reduce the intrusion on individuals’ privacy. Specifically: Cameras are not aimed at areas where people have a heightened expectation of privacy, (changing areas & washrooms). We’ve ensured steps were taken so that cameras cannot be adjusted or manipulated by the operator or renter to capture images in such areas.
