Description
Beacon art gallery with lots of floor space open to hosting events of many different kinds. . The gallery has a regularly rotating exhibition of two artists that could be the perfect backdrop for your event. With lots of floor space, many amenities, and only a fifteen-minute walk to both DiA: Beacon and the Beacon Metro-North train line, the gallery is in a perfect location for your event plans. Local restaurants and shops are on Main Street only a minute away. We are founded upon an ethic of collaboration, seeking to expand beyond the parameters of established gallery models. Exhibitions at the gallery will consist primarily of two artist presentations, engaging an emerging to mid-career contemporary artist in conversation with a more historically recognized artist in order to reframe and re-contextualize important dialogues while allowing intimate conversations to unfold. In pairing artists of different generations, the gallerys objective is to create narratives that explain the connections to the impulses and inclinations each pair of artists share.
