- 1 Preliminary scout will be honored prior to booking- Booking times are inclusive of setup + teardown - No glitter, confetti, pyro, holi powder or paint- No smoking, sale of alcohol or use of illegal substances - Use of alleyway & building communal spaces such as lobby, hallways, roof etc. are not included in rate & must be approved by our HOA prior to use including shooting &/or staging- NO HOLDS w/o booking or deposit - No adult filming
