Description
The Crowd is a 50 seat black box that comes with the amenities you expect from a larger theater, but the intimacy of a DIY space. . The Crowd Theater is a 501(c)3 focused on inclusiveness and accessibility. The space open in October of 2015 and has been running 12 shows a week since then. The space is ideal for improv, staged readings, small productions, stand-up, sketch, variety shows, and other things of the like. Projector available for screenings and multimedia productions. 100% refund if renter cancels more than 7 days before the start of the booking.
No refund if renter cancels less than 7 days before the start of the booking.
Rules
Treat the space as if it were your own. It is a community space, be kind to it, and clean up after yourself. Price breaks for longer bookings. Typically will need at least a months notice. Your rental price includes someone to work box office for you, as well as minor tech. You are encouraged to sell tickets. You keep 100% of the box office after your rental deposit. Our Patreon members are offered free admission all shows.
