Our Gallery is a commercial art gallery with two separate spaces situated next door to each other on Dundas Street WestOur GalleryCapacity 1000 sq ft on main level, 600 sq ft upper level Ground level and upper floor of gallery Approximately 140 people for events with passed hors doeuvres or standing events maximum Cocktail or small high top tables work best We have one washroom available for use at each gallery location. There is a small kitchenette with a small fridge and sink at each gallery location.

Cancellation policy: Strict
100% refund if renter cancels more than 7 days before the start of the booking.
No refund if renter cancels less than 7 days before the start of the booking.
Rules
Not an appropriate venue for events that will have many children present. Music must be slowed down and the volume turned down at 11 pm. One gallery attendant will be present for the duration of the rental. No smoking. $150 cleaning fee added to the rental invoice if the space is not found in itsoriginal condition.
