Rules
-OVERTIME: booking time includes arrival and departure. Please plan for any set-up and take-down for vendors and decorations-PARKING in designated areas only.-NO SMOKING. -NO FILMING.-FIRE SAFETY: anything related to fire (smoking, candles, etc...) must be discussed prior to arrival-CLEANING FEE is $75 per day.-CATERING:Clients are welcome to bring outside food/beverage/vendors, or order from local restaurants/coffee shops.
