Please contact us for full specifications. - Guests are not permitted on the waterfront without a YMCA lifeguard present. The waterfront is closed from dusk to dawn- Pets are not permitted on site- Camp Elphinstone is a non-smoking facility. Special permission may be grated with Exclusive Use for designated outdoor smoking areas- If your group is serving alcohol, the appropriate licenses must be acquired and Exclusive Use must be granted
