Description
Our Arts District studio is a beautiful, clean and comfortable creative space. . This studio features continuous natural light, central air, and a full kitchen and bathroom. There is ample street parking as well as on-site secure parking for 2-6 cars with loading and unloading available directly to the unit (street level access). There are a total of three floors (accessible by stairs). Located in the heart of downtown LA's Arts District, the area is amazingly walkable and surrounded by retail shops. The space has hosted intimate parties, special events, film screenings, art galleries, pop-up shops, and private workshops in addition to film and photo shoots. Bookings include a studio manager present at all times to answer questions and offer any assistance. Each floor has a capacity of 30 seated or 40 standing.
