Rules
CancellationPlease follow Spacefy's cancellation and overtime policies. Length of UseRental periods are pre-arranged. Time includes set-up and break-down. Studio must be cleaned and vacated by the end of the rental period. Damage / CleanupThe renter will leave the studio clean and neat, just as they found it. Furniture put back, all lights, sound system and equipment turned off. If the studio is left messy, a minimum of $25 cleaning
