Description
A brand new 8 bedroom LUXURY Chalet, 4,500 square feet in size. This chalet features 8 bedrooms with most of the bedrooms having their own full washroom (6 1/2 washrooms). Upstairs has a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room with gas fireplace, 58" flat screen smart HD TV and a large deck with beautiful views of the mountain. The loft comes with another complete living room and games area.
The main floor has 4 bedrooms, three with their own full washroom, walkout deck and 6 people hot tub.
Downstairs are another 4 bedrooms, three with their own washroom.
This is a spectacular chalet that sleeps up to 16 people, walking distance to the Blue Mountain village with over 25 shops, restaurants, bars & pubs, etc..

No refund if renter cancels less than 1 day before the start of the booking.
Rules
CHECK-IN time is 4:00 PM on the day of arrival and CHECK OUT is 11:00 AM on the day of departure. If you wish to make alternative arrangements regarding these times please inquire at the office. Based on availability a late check out until 3:30 PM can be arranged for an additional $50 fee. Upon check out please bring all keys to the office.
A 40% deposit is required to confirm your reservation and the balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
We ask that you please be considerate of your neighbours and observe respectable behaviour. Therefore amplifiers and high volume sound systems are not permitted. All music/noise must be kept at a reasonable level inside the cottage. The management reserves the right to evict tenants for disruptive behaviour.
The municipality strictly enforces NO PARKING on the streets. If you need additional parking please inquire at the office.
SECURITY DEPOSIT – a $1,500 security deposit is required upon check-in. The security deposit is just a pre-authorization on a credit card and will expire after your check out, no charges will appear on your credit card, as long as there were no damages or problems during your stay (As per signed rental agreements). If you are arriving after hours, the security Deposit must be processed in advance so that your keys can be picked up at our Security Office.
Your chalet was rented to you based on an understanding of the number of people that will be staying in the chalet. No guests are allowed in the chalet. Violation of this rule will result in loss of your security deposit and possible eviction. (We strictly prohibits any high schools after proms and groups under 21 years of age)
