Great for dance/fitness/yoga classes, company meetings, seminars, and events in Vancouver.IMPORTANT: We are only able to rent to individuals or companies who carry their own insurance policies (read more on Rules section)Equipped with a high-end mixer, 4 powered speakers, and 1 sub, audio quality is excellent. Floor material is vinyl plank, with wood and beam subfloor providing a minimal natural spring effect. The space radiates a warm, rustic feel with modern amenities. Perfect for larger dance rehearsals or company meetings in downtown Vancouver.Availability wise, weekends and daytime on weekdays, are generally more open. Bottega, Studio A, and Studio B, are reserved for our in-house program on weeknights (Mon-Thu) from 6-9pm.

IMPORTANT: We are only able to rent to individuals or companies who carry their own insurance policies AND are able to add "Baza Dance Studios Inc." as additional insured on the policy. Please only inquire if you're able to meet this requirement. Thank you!Studios need to be left in good conditions.No alcohol allowed unless with liquor license and approved by us. Extra fees might applied for further equipment and staff request.
