The studio has 2500 square foot Sound Stage with an additional 1000 square foot mezzanine with a green room, make up/dressing room, and kitchen!. The studio has 2500 square foot Sound Stage with an additional 1000 square foot mezzanine with a green room, make up/dressing room, and a fully stocked kitchen. The stage is accessible through a 12 foot wide roll up door at ground level and contains a 22? x 40? x 12? 3 wall hard cyc with a 4? x 4? power grid at 18?. The stage has 600 amps of available power accessible through cam lock and 100 Amp stage pin on the ground, as well as forty eight numbered 20 amp circuits in the grid.The grid has 8x 2000W Space Lights that are pre-hung to evenly illuminate the white cyclorama and are available to rent at $50 each. The studio also comes equipped with the attached grip package for $250/day. We can provide a quote for any additional Lighting, Grip, Dolly or Camera rentals, with no delivery fees, or you are welcome to bring in your own gear as well.The stage rental includes the green room, a producers office space with multiple desks, and a common area that can be converted for various uses. Next to the office space is our green room with a 55 inch monitor and overhead window that will allow your team to monitor the production without clogging up the stage floor.

Rules
Please do not park in front of the neighbor businesses. There is a ton of parking along the fence. We also request that the space is cleaned and left in the same condition as it was when you arrived. Please pick up after yourselves and throw any waste in the garbage. Put all dirty dishes in the dishwasher, we will run the washer.Floor can be painted fresh white for $300.
