The proscenium-style theater has a beautiful modern interior, comfortable upholstered seats, and comes fully equipped with complete lighting, sound, and projection systems. The space can convert from raked theatrical seating to a ballroom in a manner of minutes. The spacious foyer is also available for cocktail receptions or pre-event functions. 1. THERE IS NO SMOKING PERMITTED ANYWHERE INSIDE, IN FRONT, OR BEHIND THE BUILDING AT ANY TIME.2. Food and beverages are allowed only in the lobby; or in the theater when the seating system is completely stowed away. No food or beverages are allowed in the auditorium when the seating system is extended into the theater seating configuration.3. No nudity or burlesque is allowed.4. Renter must not exceed the 144 occupancy limit.
