Space is functional and well used during the week. Space is used by appointment only. No pets. We ask that you care. Be responsible. Absolutely no intoxicated, no pornography, no painting, or drilling, no alcoholic beverage or smoking equipment be use during rental and film projects. You are responsible for the cost of broken equipment at cost of our vendor. We have the right to terminare this agreement if these rules are not respected.
