Bright space with large windows, tall ceilings and sound tempered rooms. . The Oak Park String Academy in Oak Park, IL (short train ride from downtown Chicago) has four rooms available for rent. Normally used as a music school with lessons occurring in rooms simultaneously. 2 smaller rooms are about 220 sq feet, 1 medium room is about 300 sq feet, the front room with lots of light and beautiful, soft flower lights is about 550 sq feet. 1 bathroom. Small room in back with refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. Heat/AC, two tandem parking spots, lots of street parking available. Walking distance to many shops and restaurants, Blue line train, etc. We have had yoga, dance, meditation, children's classes for art, dance, yoga, etc. in the space over the years. Very limited availability Monday and Tuesday evenings.
