Description
Beautiful brightly lit and colorful photography/production studio with a gorgeous view of DTLA. We are located right in the heart of the Fashion District in Downtown LA. With our studio you have the option of four glamorous contemporary settings. Three sets with vibrant colors and one with a neutral tone black and white. Once your shoot in the studio is finished you can always shoot on the streets of DTLA for even more looks. Our location is fairly large at 1,600 ft so there is plenty of room for you and your production team to move around. Furniture can be moved around to fit your personal needs. Once you have entered this space you will be blown away by how your creative juices will begin to flow.

EQUIPMENT LOADING/UNLOADING:
A loading/unloading garage is located in the alley on the side of the building with direct access to the freight elevator for easy unloading/loading of large equipment. The freight elevator is also accessible via the parking garage under the building.
RATES:
PRODUCTIONS : $45 per hour - 2 hour minimum
EVENTS: $100 per hour +$100 cleaning fee - 4 hour minimum

PARKING:
Onsite parking is available in our building for $10 on weekdays and $15-$20 on weekends. There are also numerous other parking structures/lots in the immediate vicinity. Street parking is $2 a hour and parking meters stay on from 7am-6pm Monday-Saturday. Sunday street parking is free.

Rules
STUDIO & EQUIPMENT SUPPLIED:
Please respect the space and leave it how you found it. Renters are responsible for any and all damages. Clean up trash or other items on premises prior to leaving.
We agree to provide the studio in good working order but make no special guarantees as to said studios functionality or suitability to Renter’s purposes. The Renter is entitled to use the open area of studio, front and back, lighting equipment, props and any furniture in the studio at the time of rental. The Studio is not liable for acts out of its control that affect the booking, such as power outages, weather, emergencies or Acts of God. Renter agrees to return all equipment and furniture in the condition it was provided and to immediately notify the Studio of any damage, failure or change in equipment provided. Rental furniture may be moved, one piece at a time. Please do not move any pieces larger than a single chair without two people present to move it and without dragging the legs on the floor. If curtains are needed please notify us in advance so we can provide them for you. If antique room divider will need to be moved please notify us during initial walk through and we will set it up in area of your choosing. The room divider is not to be picked up and moved around.
BE RESPECTFUL OF OUR NEIGHBORS:
• Be present at all times during the rental.
• Keep the event or session contained within the studio. There is no loitering in the hallways.
• No loud music.
DOOR TO STUDIO:
Front (wooden) door must remain closed at all times.
HALLWAY:
No filming in the hallway.
BATHROOM KEY:
Bathroom keys MUST be put back in same designated location after you or your Guest’s use. Failure to return bathroom keys will result in a $100 service charge.
ARRIVE AND LEAVE ON TIME:
All crews should wrap up their session with enough time to clean and vacate their equipment by their designated end-time, otherwise overtime will be charged. The charge will be applied for any additional time that extends beyond rental terms, as set forth in this agreement. Renter must notify Host 1 hour in advance if you may need extra time for booking. There is no guarantee that additional booking time will be available.
HOURLY BOOKINGS ONLY:
We only book full hours. If you need additional time and we have it available we will be able to accommodate you for an additional 1 hour, we do not allow 30-minute bookings.
CHANGING TIME OF BOOKING WITHIN SAME DAY:
If you need to change your time of booking within the same day please notify Host as soon as possible. If there is availability in the booking schedule to change booking time there will be an additional $25 fee for this change.
SMOKING:
The Studio may be used for legal business activities only. There is absolutely NO SMOKING, NO CANDLES AND NO USE OF FIRE in the studio or in the building. THERE WILL BE AN ADDITIONAL $150 CHARGE IF THIS RULE IS NOT FOLLOWED DURING YOUR BOOKING.
FURNITURE:
Both food and beverages are not allowed on Vanity table or Coffee table. If you will have food and beverages during your booking, please kindly let us know and we will set up a table for all food and beverages. THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO STANDING ON ANY FURNITURE IN STUDIO. If a ladder is needed Host will help you with set up at beginning of booking. Please make sure to notify Host of your plans if ladder is needed.
DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT, FURNITURE, OR STUDIO:
Renter agrees to pay the replacement costs of equipment or furniture that Renter and/or their Guests damage during the duration of the booking. In the event that the Renter’s employees, Renter’s contractors, Renter's clients or any of Renter's visitors damage any equipment or studio; Renter agrees to pay for any repairs or replacements necessary after booking.
There is no warranty that rented items are free of defects.
The Renter agrees that the Studio holds no liability for any damage or injury caused by use of rental or items in rental to the Renter or any third party. The Renter assumes all risk of personal property damage or personal injury. If any accident involving the Studio's rental items has occurred while it is in the Renter's possession, Renter shall make the Studio aware by written statement with details of occurrence of event including police report and names and addresses of witnesses, if applicable. WE WILL CHARGE YOU FULL PRICE FOR ANY ITEM WITHIN STUDIO THAT GETS BROKEN.
CLEANING:
Renter agrees to leave the studio in the condition it was found or a $75 cleaning fee will be assessed and invoiced.
CONFETTI, GLITTER ETC.
There is absolutely no confetti or glitter allowed in studio. If there is glitter found during inspection after booking there will be an additional $75 charge added on.
SMOKE MACHINES:
Smoke Machines are not allowed to be used in studio as they can set off the fire alarm in the building. If this is done without our knowledge there be a $750 additional charge added to your booking.
CHILDREN:
Maintain adult supervision of minors at all times. All persons under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.
ANIMALS:
No pets allowed without prior consent of a Studio Representative/Host.
PHOTOGRAPHY, FILM ETC.
ABSOLUTELY NO ADULT CONTENT (PORNOGRAPHY) allowed in studio.
SAFETY AND LIABILITY:
Please be cautious of windows, that you and your guest do not hang out, lean on or sit on window seal. Renter is responsible for all persons that will be present during this rental term. The Studio will not be held liable for any injuries or accidents to the Renter, Renter’s employees, Renter’s contractors, Renter's clients or any and all of Renter's visitors that occur within or outside the studio premises.
