Enjoy new laminate flooring, earthy yet vintage decor, plants, easels, etc. move the furniture around- tables and chairs mostly- to suit your needs. The large windows make it bright- keep in mind that Main street is busy, and given the large windows, it's not ideal to record sound in. Coffee shops and restaurants nearby!
