We are a fully equipped art space able to host a diverse array of events. . Offering functionality in a warm and inviting environment, the newly refurbished 1,400 sq. ft. space is divided into 4 rooms, each providing unique advantages for your Production rental. ROOM DESCRIPTION:-The front reception (common area) offers large couches, a fireplace focal point, and lovely natural light. -The main room (private) provides a blank canvas to work in, with white walls and neutral wood flooring you are free to create and utilize as you see fit. -The two adjoining rooms afford a more intimate set up, great for a story-boarding area or small group shots.-The studio also offers a great outdoor shoot location with brick walls and ivy.SPECS:We have a certified dance floor for any physical activities you would like to do and a mirrored wall that can be covered with curtains. Studio is located on street level. There are three entrances to load material.

100% refund if renter cancels more than 7 days before the start of the booking.
No refund if renter cancels less than 7 days before the start of the booking.
Rules
1.Space rentals must be at least 1 hour. 2.Renter is expected to leave space and material as they found it at the end of the rental period. 3. You should include set up and breakdown time in rent. 4. Never share the Lock box code or key with anyone else other than respected party members, unless you have discussed this with the Owner. 5. No smoking or pets allowed inside premises. 6. Piano CAN NOT be moved.7. Extra time will be charged
