The Con Artist Collective is an artist community, creative co-working space and gallery founded in early 2010.. The Con Artist Collective in NYC is a creative co-working space, gallery and artist community. We started in early 2010s the heart of the Lower East Side. The entire collective is focused on emerging artists creating, building, and prospering. By connecting with our community of 400+ proactive artists and like minded individuals. We also offer a chance for emerging artists to gain and sharpen essential skills as well as inspire and be inspired by their fellow artists. We're close to Seward Park and subway lines B, D, F, J, M and Z. Enjoy your pick of food and drink options, including gastropubs, vegan cafe's and Mexican eateries.

- You must return the gallery in the same condition you received it by the end of your rental period- There must be no selling of alcoholic beverages without proper permits from the city- No smoking inside- No drinks outside- We have neighbors upstairs, so loud music must cease or be turned down to a reasonable level by 10pm
