Cancellation policy: Strict
100% refund if renter cancels more than 7 days before the start of the booking.
No refund if renter cancels less than 7 days before the start of the booking.
Rules
Set-up and clean-up must be included as part of total rental time, and a $150 cleaning fee is added to all rentals. Overtime charges apply. No noise or amplified music after 12pm Sunday-Thursday or after 12 midnight on Weekends. Neighboring property must be left undisturbed
