-3 speedotron strobe lights -manfrotto megaboom stand with a beauty dish -manfrotto stand with a large 5ft elinchrom octobox -about 20 4ft LED light bars, with optional colour gels custom cut to fit in seamlessly giving some interesting video style lighting! -several other stands (including backdrop stands with a 10ft seamless paper backdrop mounting pole) -currently we have 13 different coloured seamless *paper backdrops (white, black, “green screen” green, medium blue, grey, olive, beige, yellow, green, pink, purple, red, orange, and brown) $10 charge per use for any footprints or marks from usage which require cutting off -bowens gemini500 travel set (with two strobe lights, stands, etc) -black-out blinds for the windows -steamer, mobile vanity mirror, 4 rolling racks, hangers, fans, several stools, black and white v-cards, several mirrors -about half a dozen different tables, glass tops, wooden tops, etc -40 stacking chairs, several 12ft large wooden beam benches, 3 large leather couches, leather lounge chair, etc -tons of plants and other decor items to use as background or whatnot if desired *Paper backdrops are $10 per roll used, to account for their wear, and eventual replacement.

Rental Rates: Still photo; $50/hour (main studio room) - Video; $100/hour (entire building including studio and rooftop access) - 2 hour minimum for booking!
