Space can be used for photography or film shoots with a secured alarmed unit. Internet speeds of download speed of 52 Mbps and upload speed of 42 Mbps. In unit plug and play sound system. Rules
The maximum number of people in the shooting room is 20.Rental time includes setup and tear down so please consider that while booking. Please leave the space in the same condition you found it. Trash/recycle bins provided.Furniture and all provided equipment should be treated with care. NO TAPE on the floors or walls left behind. NO SMOKING in unit or building.NO PETS sorry we have had issues in the past.
