Located in the heart of Winnipeg's exchange district, this character space is perfect for workshops, meetings or creative gatherings.. Located within 70 Arthur St, we have 2 spaces available that come fully furnished with beautiful sofas, tables, folding chairs and a fantastic sunset view! One unit features a hair & makeup station and more of a boho/industrial vibe with hardwood floors and high ceilings and the other unit is more modern, sporting grey carpet, a feature dark teal wall, and bank of windows overlooking the city on the 5th floor. It is South west facing, so there is beautiful natural light through the entire day in both studios.Bathrooms are just out the door to the left and the industrial elevators are just a step outside the door!
