Beautiful 800 sq. foot open space with open rafters, skylights, gray floors, white walls, optional black curtain can be used to create theatre backdrop for performance, photos shoots etc...Restroom and changing area. Sound system on site with mixing board and speakers. The space also serves as a changing art gallery. Functions daily as dance studio with sprung floors, ballet barres, wall of mirrors. Once folding chairs (20 on premise) and 3 folding tables are in place works well for meetings, intimate performances, fund raisers.

Rules
No smoking. No alcohol for purchase. No glitter, paint or substances that are difficult to clean after events. Must pay for set up and breakdown time. Must clean up after rental. Must put everything back where it was before you leave the premises. Insurance required. Rates vary. Commercial Film, video and photo shoots higher rate, and must have insurance. No loud music after 11PM. Walk through to familiarize prior to use recommended.
