100% refund if renter cancels more than 1 day before the start of the booking.
No refund if renter cancels less than 1 day before the start of the booking.
Rules
One hour's rate to be placed as retainer.
No early arrivals without calling first.
No excessive liquor or loud music, no hard drugs. Damage to the cove is billable. Bathtubs must be drained and water cleaned up.
Do not bother the neighbours or block common access areas.
Head count includes all persons on site, friends, parents, etc all count towards the total.
Bringing more persons than agreed to may change the hourly rate.
