A flexible studio space available for a variety of rental needs, including workshops and lectures.. Located in the Davenport cultural hub, our facilities are available to rent for private events and use between programming periods. The studio is 750 square feet with 15-foot ceilings, and can accommodate 75 people standing, lecture style seating for 50-60 people, or workshop style seating for 15-20. The space has a range of computer and electronics equipment that can also be rented for use.Staffing and equipment can be provided.There are five steps up to the main entrance, which has double doors. The steps do not have handrails. Once inside all facilities are on the same level. There is a single-user washroom inside the unit.Proceeds from venue rentals support gallery programming and educational activities.

Rules
-The Renter must provide all supplies and materials related to the event. -Any modification or dressing of the facilities must be submitted for review in advance of the event. -The space must be returned in the condition in which it was found. The Renter is responsible for any damage to facilities beyond normal wear and tear-The Renter is responsible for providing insurance to cover the rental of the location
