Flexible multi-use studio with pre-lit wrap-around green, black or white screen for film. . 3000 square foot film and photography studio with client seating area, kitchenette, 2 washrooms, air conditioning, monitored alarm system, centrally located just off Main Street at 1st avenue. We have green, black or white screen options with matching floors. The stage is pre-lit with kino-flos; tungsten or daylight bulbs available. Some subject lighting is available for additional rental fee. There are 6 free parking spaces beside the loading bay.

Please leave the space as you found it or a clean-up charge of $120 will be applied. 50% of price is required to hold your booking. Please do not park in our neighbours parking spots! Please do not plug into wall sockets; use the power provided.
