The great Riverwalk, Naper Settlement, North Central College, and the train station are just short walks away. Stay n play in fabulous downtown Naperville or take the train into Chicago. Enjoy your stay whether it is an amazing romantic getaway, a memorable group retreat, a much needed visit with family / friends, or a highly productive (yet relaxing) business trip. Common areas include living room (parlor), dining room, and ~600 square foot gorgeous front porch.- NO smoking, candle or incense burning in the house or on the porch. $500 fine. (There's a seated smoking area in the backyard.)- Children under 5 allowed in B&B if entire B&B is reserved for a minimum of 24 hours.- Any items / furnishings broken or missing will be billed at 2x's the replacement rate.
