Sound system in each studio. Additional upstairs lobby with overlooking balcony. Space is flexible for multiple purposes. Space is also available on Saturday afternoons and all day Friday and Sunday.

Rules
Renters will be responsible to clean up their mess. They must be out at designated time. No hazardous materials, weapons, pyrotechnics, smoking. Use must comply with insurance and condo association agreements. Owner has the right to decide what activities are appropriate for the space.
