Description
Gallery space may be rented by visual artists for exhibits (solo and group possible) and by photographers for still shoots of artwork for submission to juried shows and for grant applications. Accepted art forms include paintings, photographs, sculpture, art in craft media, etc. Gallery owner will also consider renting the space for still fashion shoots. The gallery offers approx. 400 sq.ft of floor space. Ceiling height is approx. 9ft6in. Longest wall width is 16ft2in, next is 7ft11.5 in. Other smaller walls available to display work. Knee walls alongside each window can be used for displays as well. There is track lighting installed at ceiling height. The space also includes a 2-piece washroom and an in-suite air conditioner/heat pump, to supplement the central air/heating system if necesary. There is a parking pad adjacent to the gallery to permit ease of load-in and load-out; free on-street parking in the area between 7 a.m. and midnight. The gallery is located in Dovercourt Village Mews which offers 24/7 camera surveillance.

Rules
All commercial uses at the building are restricted to between the hours of 8 a.m. until 8 p.m., unless agreed otherwise by the property managers. The exhibit week runs from Wednesday to Sunday. Hours for non-exhibit uses by discussion. Parties are not permitted. Exhibitors can hold opening or closing receptions between 5 p.m. and 7 p.m. and when agreed to by the property managers. Parking pad may not be used for non-parking uses.
